REFUND POLICY — AFFECTED

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN DUE TO REMORSE:

If you are not satisfied with the product or wish to return your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

Send an email to info@affected.ca, providing your full name and order number. You will receive the refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional costs to receive the refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

In accordance with Canadense legislation, in the case of products with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

Send an email to info@affected.ca, providing your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional costs to receive the refund.

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS:

Following the guidelines of the Consumer Law, the shipping costs for returning products due to remorse or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a shipping authorization code by email after your return request, and you must send the merchandise to a Post Office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest using the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or an appropriate box that preserves the items during transport.
