Exchange Policy - Affected

This exchange policy is valid from January 2024.

If you are not satisfied with the product or wish to return your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt at your address.

Conditions for exchanging:

To request an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use, meaning it should be in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.

How to request an exchange:

Send an email to info@affected.ca, providing your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact with the necessary information to proceed with the exchange.

Conditions for return due to remorse:

If you regret your purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt at your address.

How to request a return due to remorse:

Send an email to info@affected.ca, providing your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional costs to receive the refund.

Products with manufacturing defects:

According to Canadense legislation, in the case of products with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt at your address.

How to request a return for products with defects:

Send an email to info@affected.ca, providing your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional costs to receive the refund.

How to return the products:

Following the guidelines of the Consumer Law, the shipping costs for returning products due to remorse or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a shipping authorization code by email after your exchange or return request, and you must send the merchandise to a Post Office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest using the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or an appropriate box that preserves the items during transport.
